Pizza from Pizzeria Sei

Pizza from Pizzeria Sei. We had the classic Margherita, the Bismarck with prosciutto cotto & egg, the Mala Lamb Sausage with spicy mala oil, and the Ruti pizza featuring hot honey and ricotta. I likeed the Mala Lamb Sausage and the Bismarck, while my friend prefered the Ruti and Margherita. The pizza dough and crust was great and had a nice chew. The ingredients were all top notch and oozed with flavor. Though I didn’t care for the blacked brunt crust parts - but I guess that comes with the territory.

The joint is small, with not a lot of seating. There’s no parking available, except for limited street parking.

I heard they have a pizza omakase, but they don’t have it on a regular basis. Would love to try that in the future.

I would certain come back again and would fully recommend. Reservations are strongly recommended with only a few seats inside. Perhaps take out might be the way to go… . . @pizzeria.sei @tastemakersapp
