Ox Burger. Recommended by a local in Seattle. Tasty burger with an even more interesting texture with the taro stems. Solid. Also, saw Cole slaw on the menu and had to order it. Glad I did. Interesting menu with southeast Asian influences. I think it would do well in LA… .
