Knife cut beef noodle soup at Shang Artisan Noodles. Was recommended and did not disappoint. Would fully return when I go back to Vegas. Knife cut noodles are my favorite style of noodles. The spicy beef broth was a bit too spicy for me … Yes I’m a bit wimpy like that. The south wontons were tremendous. The tender beef brisket was abundant, tender, and flavorful.
