Barbecue at @smokequeenbbq. Check out that roast pork belly with the crispy skin. That was prob at the best thing we had today. The brisket and beef rib were also tremendous. The big Dino Beef Rib was great and glad we were there on Sunday, since that’s the only day they have beef rib.

Ok, now the sides. We had the Mac and cheese, chili oil cucumbers, cornbread, dirty rice and the mapo chili. I dig the Asian influence from crispy pork belly, the chili oil cucumbers and the mapo chili. This fusion - a word that im not a fan of for food - is a great meld between Texas style smoked meats and Chinese flavors.
