I had to try it. This was my third attempt in trying to get a table. The first couple of times I tried the wait was well over a 90 minutes. Arcadia has a bunch of other alternatives.

Anyways, I had seen the menu and saw that they had offered not only ramen, but also the omurice. As an egg lover, I had to get it. And after a longer than usual wait, my food finally arrived. The server presented and did the slicing of the omelette. The sauce was then drizzled all over the medium wet-ish insides of the egg omelette. I know I’ve seen comments on YT saying they would prefer a more well done egg. But I love this style of saucy egg - it goes great with rice! The texture and taste was good - though this was more for show and for the egg. The fried rice seemed a little hard, meaning the rice was slightly under cooked. Not sure if they used old rice or fresh. The added tonkatsu with curry sauce was better than average.

My buddy got the ramen which I think he said was ok. Nothing special. Next time I would try the ramen. They have a Ying yang bowl in which they would have 2 different broths. I think it is gimmicky, but I would try next time… . @kyuramen.official #kyuramen @tastemakersapp
