Barbecue from APL

Barbecue from APL. Beef rib, pork ribs, pulled pork, cornbread, and stuffed pig trotter. Amazing bbq from a Hall of Famer and YETI ambassador - APL Adam Perry Lang. The boneless pig trotter was stuffed with sausage with crispy skin - was absolutely amazing. We got in line at 11:30 with doors opening at 1pm. Was told a couple of their smokers were from Franklins.
