Smash burgers

Smash burgers! First time making and grilling them. Used 73/27% beef, when I should have used 80/20. This time it was just too much fat dripping out when grilling. Added garlic powder, pepper, and worcester sauce with the beef to mix. Then I salted them right when i started grilling them. Yum! Will certain try again soon! … @tastemakersapp cheese #eats #eeeeeats
