Northern Chinese Cuisine tonight on a rainy day. This famous restaurant has been around since the 1940’s and hosted dinners with dignitaries, like George H. W. Bush. They have the traditional cauldron smoke stack hot pot for beef or lamb. They have the sliced pork with baked sesame bread, and they also have their famous dry noodles. I enjoyed their pickled cabbage and pork soup. Great place to first visited about 15 years ago… . @discojunkie928 @mr_ric365
