BBQ! The thirsty pig is a Certified BBQ judge. I just judged my first Bbq event this past weekend in Lowell, Arkansas. This is one of the reasons why I am out in this area. I recently became a Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS), certified barbecue judge. Barbecue has also been an interest and passion.

This weekend’s event was amazing to meet fellow judges and the great people in the area. They were kind to a first time judge and a judge from LA. I taste some of the best barbecue ever. These were professionals who did chicken, pork ribs, pork, and brisket. Unfortunately I cannot take photos of the food to show. But I wanted to share my experience. Great capstone to my roadtrip… … .
