The Chronicles of Carnitas continues at Porky’s Carnitas. Had to try a place with such a eponymous name. Though not a fan of offal and unfried pork skin - the mixto taco with everything was really good. The texture and moistness was there. While the regular shredded caritas was on the dry side.
