TJ's Grilled Cheese Contest

Made it again #tjsgrilledcheesecontest this time double the cheese - two slices of cheddar, 2 slices of Swiss, and 2 slices of pepper jack cheese on sourdough bread. This time I used a torch to melt the cheese.
