Made a simple cheese pizza in a cast iron pan. Listen for the sizzle of the cheese. Had to wait a little more for the dough to rise in the pan. Check out the bottom of the pizza - crispy and not burnt. Also see the nice crusty cheese bits on the edges. Really yummy pizza. @aragusea recipe … . .
