Birria tacos, carne asada nachos, and ceviche

Birria tacos, carne asada nachos, and ceviche. Yum. The tacos had so much braised beef, but unfortunately was a little dry. Wish we had a dipping sauce. Luckily the hot sauce was available. The nachos were great but was too much. The ceviche was good but the fish had a slight smell. Perhaps that was normal. I wonder what kind of fish was in the ceviche. Regardless I would still return.
