Tamaya, San Gabriel Valley

Ramen. Had the black kotteri ramen, with fatty rich broth. It had a good taste/flavor. But the texture, yes inside the soup, had a grainy mouth feel - not too pleasant. Unfortunate the inari has warm rice. I’m not a fan of warm rice in my Inari. Won’t return… … @tamayaramen #tamaya @travisytu
