Lunch at the Dumpling House in Arcadia. I love dumplings. Water boiled ones and steamed (小籠包). The water boiled fish with Tilapia was so-so. Didn’t like the heavy thick soup. The onion pancakes and rice noodles were fine. @yalin_wu @tomatocheng
