Gamjatang (pork neck soup) and selleongtang (beef soup)

Gamjatang (pork neck soup) and selleongtang (beef soup). Wonderful and hearty and perfect for a chilly LA night. Gamjatang was unexpectedly spiced with flavor. Selleongtang, my go to Korean soup, was good after I salted and peppered it. Unfortunately the potatoes were raw and uncooked. But they gave us a 10% discount.
