An Okinawan lunch at Habuya in Tustin, CA. Nice udon with good broth flavor, as expected. The pork katsu - was good and strangely moist, from being pre-sauced coating. The pork belly with poached egg is as decadent as it looks. But the rice was cooked with too much water - too sticky.
