@snowsbbq almost 3 hour wait. Texas Monthly #1 BBQ 2017!!! Had the most amazing and tender and moist (fatty) pork shoulder steak. Brisket was wonderful. Pork ribs was so-so. Jalapeño Sausage was outstanding
