#Self Touted Gourmet Chongqing Noodle, from Tony Xu of Chengdu Taste #Red oil Chaoshou 紅油抄手, dumplings, are not to be missed #Bean ZhaJiang Noodles 重慶豌雜面 and Crispy Minced Pork Noodles 脆臊面 are both good #Steamed Beef Stew 粉蒸牛肉 is a classic Chinese spicy dish, but it was so-so here, and I usually love 粉蒸肉 (pork) #Long wait during rush hours
