Julian Serrano at the Aria, Las Vegas

#Great food, but seemed like a mall food court experience with dining room in the lobby of the Aria #The Spanish Tortilla was great.  The ham was also very tasty, too #One of the better restaurants in Aria #Excellent service #Decor was good, but with the tourists checking in nearby from the corner of my eye, it wasn’t the best experience.
