Dim Sum at Hong Kong Tian Tian Seafood Harbour Restaurant天天渔港, Shanghai

Tian Tian Seafood Harbour 天天渔港 (Tian Tian Yu Gang ) is one of the largest chain restaurants in Shanghai, but also China. With Hong Kong roots, there are locations in Beijing, Shenzhen, as well as Shanghai. Specializing in Cantonese cuisine, seafood at dinner and dim sum at lunch, Tian Tian epitomizes the delicacies from Hong Kong.

Chinese restaurants in China, with Chinese food 中餐 (zhong can), that are high end and fancy, feature large ballroom-like entrance hall lobby. Additional, these palaces have aquariums, just off the lobby, of live fish and sea animals to pick and choose for the upcoming meal. Most opulent restaurants will have at least a couple of floors of dining rooms and private rooms. These private rooms may also have their own restroom and server(s). Service and details in these restaurants often rival some of the better hotels. In small towns all around China, you’ll find these magnificent restaurants featuring their local cuisine. In the future, I will be documenting more of these great dining establishments.
