Paul Bakery is a quaint little cafe featuring baked breads, dainty entrees, in a nice ambient local. Afternoon tea is nice for a place like this. But what is a guy, like me, doing there? I wasn’t quite sure myself. I know I was out of place, when I noticed that 90% of the people were females.

But anyways… not one for just tea, I looked for a full meal, since I was hungry. I decided upon the quiche, since I love eggs. I also had a soup. The food wasn’t anything to boast about. Though I did like the crust on the quiche. But I am not exactly sure if they make the quiche from scratch or was frozen and flown here to Taipei. I know the price points for this place appear to high for Taiwan standards. But the Frenchness and location seem to justify this. Unfortunately, I didn’t try the bread. Perhaps, I will venture to Paul when I am in Shanghai or Hong Kong.

What to Order: Quiche, and I would have liked to try the bread. What not to Order:
