After reviewing Zelo’s Pizza…I felt I should submit my review for Bollini’s.

The pizza is a standard thin crust pizza.  Very well done (not that I’m an expert). . .but tasty.  I don’t claim to be a pizza expert …I just pose as one.  I just know what I like. . and I do like Bollini’s.

The toppings were good.  The sausage pizza was quite good.  Lots of slices.  The other pizza, my friend had, was good as well. . .but not as good.  Not too greasy/oily, as Zelo’s was.

I did like Bollini’s itself.  It has a nice large wood oven in the middle of the shop. . .so you can see everything .. . very classic.

Only reason I gave bollini’s 4 stars out of 5. . .is that I’m a fan of thick crust pizza… .But I would recommend Bollini’s to anyone.

Edit: My friend had a El Porco pizza.  And it was worth mentioning, ’cause it was great.
