Kimchi Fried Rice – Hodori
Last night, after the film festival, our friends and I was craving a late night snack. We went to one of steady favorites Hodori. I have been going here since the early 1990′s. I have brought so many friends to Hodori. This Korean Denny’s, is open late with good Food. Though some of my Korean don’t seem to think this is all that good. I know my friend, who used to work with Ang Lee, gets requests from Ang to come here when he is in LA.
I usually get the Kimchi Fried Rice – which is simple & easy. I know most of friends bitch and moan and tell me that I can make that at home. But I like it. It is spicy and tasty. I like it. I don’t care. I like the egg that they put on top as well. I wish they would make an omelet kimchi fried rice. One big omelet on top of kimchi fried rice. I loooooovvvvveee eggs. Anyways. .. . You all should get the kimchi fried rice.
