Wagyu Butcher in Torrance. A bar only Yakiniku restaurant in omakase style with wagyu beef. We got the $70 Butcher’s menu. We had carpaccio, beef tongue, short rib, A5 wagyu, plus others. Finished with a curry rice and dessert. Can’t forget the upcoming gout attack. Was it worth the price and pain - yes. One thing I noted and I could be wrong - most of the meats were slathered with some sort of marinated - hopefully by design, rather than by covering up something. I would have preferred to see the marbling more closely.
