Roast duck at Silk Place

Roast duck at Silk Place. It was pretty good. The duck skin wrapped rice with cheese was something I never had - it will be quite memorable. The standard duck in green crepe skin was familiar, yet had a thicker chewier texture - was ordinary. The fried pancake with scallion and duck was not bad. But I think the last course was the best - the duck soup with cabbage. This soup was rich with flavor and hearty. I’d come back just for the soup… .
