Bo Kho - beef stew with bread and Pho with rare steak. Also had the spring rolls and the steam buns with pork belly and duck. The beef stew Bo Kho is my favorite Vietnamese dish. I’m glad we found it. Whenever I go to a Vietnamese restaurant I always look for the Bo Kho. I know only restaurants that have pho and banh mi might have it. I love the bread dipping in the stew. . . . . . . .
Lunch at Summer Rolls. Charbroiled pork chop rice plate Com Suon Nuong. And Banh Beo steam rice cakes with shrimp powder. Outdoor seating with Yhe COVID pandemic. Light and healthy dish. But I guess the pork chop was a little heavy . . . . . . .
Lunch at Golden Deli. Pho, spring rolls, and rolls. Yummy! . . .

Pho and chicken curry. The French bread accompaniment with the curry or stew is my go-to dish at golden deli or any Vietnamamese restaurant. Wife really like pho. . . . . .
Pho at Pho Fillet 2 in . Good alternative to Golden Deli.
Vietnamese Dinner tonight at we had pho and chicken curry. The pho is a favorite of my wife’s. I’m ok with it. It’s not something I would go out of my way to choose or order. Therefore my selection of chicken curry with French bread was my pick. The soupy curry, similar to Thai, is not as thick as Japanese - it doesn’t matter much to me.... the chicken quite tender and juicy - which is great but they had bones. I don’t like bones in my curry (Canto cafes curry also has bones 🤬). But I did like the soft crunchy bread used for dipping in the curry. I like this use of carbs.
Brisket Pho, Spring Roll, and creme brule

Tourists, foreigners, and out of towners usually have little or no expectation for food, unless they specifically researched prior to their trip. Yet, the onus of pressure, lies with the host or frien

Pho Garden is known for the “pho challenge.” If you can eat the ginormous bowl of pho, you can have a free meal and your photo on the wall of champs. Here are three of my favorite rules that you have
