Ice Cream! Busman soft serve ice cream. One of those trendy soft serve ice cream joints in KTown. Soft and creamy. They have lots of toppings and even have waffle cones. Small place and long lines. Only street parking available. . . . . . .
My favorite Ice Cream shop - moo creamery in Sierra Madre. So happy they’re open. Had the triple milk in a cup and wifey had the vanilla, as usual. And splurged on a brownie too. Brownie was surprisingly yummy. Have had one in a long time. Need to suppose our local businesses. . . . . .
Fish eating ice cream! Matcha and milk ice cream with fish shaped pastry. I like the soft serve. They also added a powdered flavor which you could barely taste. Not bad. I would go again. . . . . . .
Injeolmi Bingsoo and the milk ice cream. The presentation was unexpectedly pretty awesomely nice. Didn’t expect that. The shaved ice was better than expected. And the milk ice cream was not overly sweet which was good. We came here wanting to go to another dessert place - which is now closed - but got lucky and found this place. Cafe Bora in K-town is a place we would gladly return to. . . . . .
Yet another Boba Tea Shop. We were actually looking for boba ice cream bars - but they were sold out and had a one week wait for new orders. Crazy!! . . . .
Holy Roly ice cream. Peanut butter Reese’s ice cream. Interesting dessert but it takes a bit of time for each order. I think half the experience is watching them make it. Slab, spread, scrap, enjoy. . . . .
Cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory. Adams’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake. Had the flat bread and salad lunch and thai salad wraps. Guilty pleasures. . . . .
Shaved ice at Salju Desserts. Had the sesame and the green tee matcha. Check out the delicate ribbons of shaved ice. Wish they had the sweet soft boiled peanut topping as an option. .
Cold and hot desserts at Blackball Desserts. But quite pricey. $7+ for that cup of ice with only two peanut rice balls. And $7+ for the hot desserts . . .
Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Ice Cream from Coolhaus Pasadena. Unfortunately, I had to share. 😩😎 . . .
Soft serve ice cream - milk and matcha flavors. SomiSomi . . . .
Soft Serve dessert at Honey Mee. Interesting. Not too sweet. Just right on a hot summer night. . . . .
Cookie that is a cup. Filling of soft serve or cream or milk or cold brew coffee. Cookie variants include cookies & cream, red velvet, chocolate chip, matcha, and others. Pretty good idea. I had the soft serve on this hot AF day. . . . . .
Too much ice cream. One of the most flavorful and tart strawberry ice cream!!
Dragon’s Breath dessert. Light popcorn puffs in cold liquid nitrogen with strawberry dipping sauce. Not bad. Could be more sweeter.
blue monster and pecans pralines
Dessert at peanut butter cheesecake and vanilla ice cream
we only had 1 order (of three). We might try to return for more
Soft serve ice cream Fluffer Nutter and Caramelized Banana Split
Dessert for some is a religious experience. They associate sweets like chocolate to an almost sensual feel. I know a guy who lives for desserts and can’t stop endlessly talk about them. Girls could be
VVG Bon Bon is a quaint little afternoon tea place. It is so cute and feminine that I had no business being there.
In the spirit of Cupcakes – the third in my Pasadena trilogy of cupcakes – Dots Cupcakes. Recently I posted my thoughts about Violet’s Cakes and Polkatots, both in Pasadena.
