Great Sunday with the family pigging our at LA’s Smorgasburg. We had Beef Rib BBQ at Moo’s, garlic fried yucca from Sus Arepas, began ice cream sandwich from Madame Shugah, vegan Mac and Cheese from Avocado Mama, Fries from Super Frites, oysters from the Jolly Oyster, Spam Musubi from Mam Musubi. Eating at the bar at Dama in DTLA, fashion district. Had the bread, corn, clams, prawns, empanadas, and potatoes. Washed it down with the Sierra Norte and Pina Colada. Good ambience and crowd tonight. .
Shaved ice at Salju Desserts. Had the sesame and the green tee matcha. Check out the delicate ribbons of shaved ice. Wish they had the sweet soft boiled peanut topping as an option. .
Lunch at Midoh Japanese Kitchen in Diamond Plaza in Rowland Heights. Pork Cutlet and Pork Loin Cutlet with Curry Rice, with a side of soup and salad. Love this simple Japanese set. Didn’t know Loin is more fatty (and luscious) than regular cutlet. .

Yummy Taiwanese lunch in Arcadia. One of my old favorites. Beef noodle soup, chicken roll, pork belly on rice, and Japanese beef and onion. The beef and onion on rice is like the Yoshi Noya beef bowl. .
