Babybacks in the Winter
I don’t know how he does it. . .but my buddy makes some of the best homemade babyback ribs. He is quite unorthodox in his bbq, yet is still tasty and tender. Here are some pictures of the BBQ.

El Pollo Inka, Gardena
The Saltado de Pollo was quite tasty. Peruvian is quite hearty. I guess the cowboys in Peru like these types of meals. I first went to El Pollo Inka about a year or two ago. I would visit there again.

I visited Grub about a year ago and had their Mac and Cheese and Club Croissant Sandwich. I need to visit them again to try their famous breakfasts. Unfortunately, parking sucks at Grub.
